Purpose of the Website

The purpose of the “WA4STEAM” website  is to inform customers and potential customers of its products and/or services, contact details, location, etc. In addition, where appropriate, it will also have the purpose of disclosing information related to the sector of activity of the Data Controller.

All the contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registers, and the reproduction and/or publication, in whole or in part, of the website, or its computer processing, distribution, dissemination, modification or transformation, is not permitted without the prior written permission of the same. “WA4STEAM” will ensure compliance with the above conditions, as well as the proper use of the content presented on its web pages, exercising all the civil and criminal actions that correspond to it in the event of infringement or non-compliance with these rights by the User.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The language of writing and interpretation of this legal notice is Spanish.

The relationship between “WA4STEAM” and the User is governed in each and every one of its extremes by Spanish law, to which both parties expressly submit in the event of any controversy or question related to this website or the activities carried out on it.

On the other hand, in the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, “WA4STEAM” and the User submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain.
