You can now download the research “I-Will Index 2018 ” carried out by IESE professors and researchers
IESE’s Women and Leadership Chair has published the 2018 I-Will index. The Index is intended to provide indicators and proposals that help give visibility to female talent and show how it contributes to companies, and to promote a society that is more flexible and humane with respect to working hours, structures and policies, with the ultimate aim of facilitating the reconciliation of work, family and personal life.
The research done by Nuria Chinchilla, Professor at IESE business school, Esther Jimenez, Principal Investigator and Marc Grau, Researcher, has resulted in very interesting conclusions worth reading
