Womens International Day
WA4STEAM has presented its proposals during the session on “Impact Investments: Business Angels and Women Investors” at the Spanish House of Representatives:
- Extending tax deductions to investments in startups pooled through vehicles, would contribute to enhancing the ecosystem and increasing the presence of women.
- Representatives from various actors in the investment and entrepreneurship ecosystem discussed the situation of female investment and entrepreneurship.
- Mr. Pedro Casares, Secretary of Economy and Digital Transformation of the PSOE, opened the session, Ms. Amparo Marco Gual, Senator and Head of Entrepreneurship and Social Impact at the PSOE and Ms.Teresa Riesgo, Secretary of Innovation at the Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Universities, participated in the event.
